The dealership was a very nice experience. As soon as you pull in they are ready for you and explain the process. The system to keep up to date in real time was effective and efficient. I haven’t been back to the dealership since the remodel and it was comfortable in the waiting area with amenities. Saleena was very helpful on checking in on me while I waited and had open communication throughout the whole process.
Professional service. Very prompt and I was in and out in 1 1/2 hrs. The remodeled interior is beautiful and welcoming. Waiting room is set up with theatre style seating. Very comfortable. AJ could not have been more knowledgeable and thorough.

After a long day of searching and dealing with rude car salesmen, my boyfriend and I stopped at Hyundai. I am SO HAPPY we did because Allison was a gem from start to finish. I have purchased cars in the past and have never had such a genuinely nice, and caring sales person. Allison went above and beyond to ensure that my needs on what I wanted in a car were being heard. The whole process was long but so worth it because of Allison. Her communication was on point and made sure that I knew what was happening with the car every step of the way. I highly recommend Hundai of Wesley Chapel service/parts department! My experience with them was easy and efficient! From scheduling my appointment with Aliyah, speaking in parts department with Breana and Saleena over seeing my car being repaired by excellent mechanics! Saleena remained in contact with me throughout the whole process which was such a relief. They went above and beyond and provided me with great customer service. My car was brought in to replace my motor mounts and ac control panel, oil change and a tune up for my 2012 genesis. My car is driving like new! Wow! If you want to buy a car without the tedious, nerve wracking misery most dealers put you through, go to Michael at Hyundai in Wesley Chapel. He was professional, and efficient and made me feel listened to. He got me the car I wanted without all the usual car buying stress. Jay in the finance department came in on a Sunday to do my paperwork and it was all done over the computer & my iPhone in about 15 minutes. Pinch me I must be dreaming! It’s the way car buying should be. Finally someone got it right.

By far the best service compared to the other Hyundai dealerships I've dealt with. They didn't have me waiting for hours. They were prompt, courteous, and not pushy about their suggestions to get extra work done on the vehicle.

Had a great experience at this dealership. The sales staff went above and beyond to get what we were looking for quickly. They communicated with us throughout the whole process, leaving nothing unanswered. They were respectful of our limits, paying attention to what we wanted rather than trying to up-sell us or tell us what we wanted wasn’t available. Hands down, this was the easiest and quickest car-buying experience we’ve had to date. No games. They have also followed up with us numerous times, making sure we are satisfied with our purchase. We went to Wesley Chapel Toyota and Wesley Chapel Mazda (where we bought from before), and a few others in the Tampa & Brandon area, and they acted like they didn’t want to make a sale- no comparison to this dealership. They’ll definitely be getting our future business.

Many, Christian and Karl are an exceptional team for Hyundai. They listen to you as a customer, They don’t pressure you and they make it happened. We just purchased our second Palisade from Hyundai Wesley Chapel, Andrew was phenomenal and met our requirements and needs during the whole process. We do not live close to the dealership & have 3 children so again HWC was able to do our whole deal via email for our convenience. Upon arrival to pick our new Palisade up, HWC Service changed out our hitch despite a small hiccup they were able to get us in and out of there swiftly! Buying a new car should be this easy if you know what you want however it starts with finding the right sales person!
Just bought a Pre-Owned Palisade from Charlie and John. I’ve been to a lot of dealerships before, none like the way they treated me. They bend over backwards to make sure we were satisfied. Charlie was very knowledgeable about the Palisade and showed me features I didn’t know even after all my research. John worked hard to help me out on pricing so I felt better about my purchase. Whoever is the boss. Should be thankful to have John and Charlie working for them. Next time I purchase a vehicle in the future I will look to these guys first! Thanks again, we love our palisade!

My experience was faster than anticipated. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. For my last 2 cars before this purchase it was a torturing 6 and 8 hours. Professionalism. I appreciate that there is no unprofessional pressure tactics that many I know have experienced at other dealers. I appreciate how well Zack explained the features of the vehicle and even helped me set up some basic things before I left. Zack answered all my questions well. Zack kept the process moving as quick as possible, but never once compromised his customer service delivery. Zack gave me one of the most positive car buying experiences I have ever had in the past 20 years. I will continue to shop and service at this dealer as long as this level of customer service continues. (Customer since 2011).

My auto purchasing at Genesis of Wesley Chapel exceeded my expectations. I made an appointment with Michael Scheu. He was very professional and answered all my questions. There was no pressure from him as the car sold itself. I would recommend anyone interested in a Genesis going to see Michael.
I started the search for my new Tucson about 2 months ago. At that time the 2023’s were flying off the lot and my car was just not on the lot. I have been dealing with Robb Ortelano for a couple of years, since he sold my wife me our 2021 Sonata. Robb is the ultimate professional and his knowledge of the vehicle was amazing. We finally struck a deal on a 2024 Tucson. Robb was instrumental in working deal that was very fair to me and the dealership. If I ever purchase a new car again and Robb is still at Wesley Chapel Hyundai, then that’s where I’ll go.
